How could something so tiny yet so big not be noticed? Why? Why? Everyday it's there. On the busy streets of New York, outside in the dumps. They are everywhere, yet not noticed. Hunger strikes there stomachs. The cold slaps their cheeks during cold and bitter winters. Sweat drips off there faces with nowhere to cool off in the sunny summer. They don't get to relax or have new year parties. They go on with life and make the best of it. They give hopeful eyes at people that walk by them every single day, every single month, hoping, hoping.

Tiny
Tiny
By: Sonya K.
How can tiny things do something that something really big can't do? Well, imagine if one ant could lift a whole school bus. That would be amazing. Well one of the professionals, mosquitos can cause Malaria! (a disease that can kill people spread by mosquitos!) Even water drips onto rocks, and over a long time, there is eventually a hole through the rock! Going back to animals, the hagfish can create huge expanding layers of slime around them, to protect themselves from getting eaten by predators! Wow! That is awesome how something so tiny can do something so big!
the little ones
One nice and clear night the blood moon was showing. The kids wanted to play, but they couldn't because of their cities strict rules. The rule was thus,no one can go outside on blood moon night,no acceptations. The legend was that lots of tiny vampires were out on the streets.Nobody knew if it was true until one night. The night of the little kids birthday.Samuel wanted to play so he went outside. There were little tiny things on the streets, but they weren't vampires, the were the party freaks, Samuel had an awesome Birthday.
