Avalanche
During winter break, my family takes a trip to Colorado. This year we went to A Basin. My mom took me to one of the hardest peaks. I started out fine, but then I caught one of my edges and flew on to my face. I yelled, "O..u..c..h.." which wasn't the smartest thing, because it caused an avalanche. I got up and tried to ski away from it and flew off a 5 foot cliff and tumbled. I was stuck under the snow and the cold had got right to my bones when I sat and waited to be dug out.
