The Golden Cats
By Riley McJunkin

There is a legend in my city, Orlando, Florida. About the collection of the all-amazing, oh-my-gosh, legendary, GOLDEN CATS. But a long time ago, about 100 years after the Golden Cats were created, they were stolen, by a woman named Rachel Caviala. Part if the legend was that Rachel said, “Them cats were made for me, cats are part ‘o my life.” when she was accused of stealing them. Only I know where they are. I walked to the back of my house, walked into my attic, and moved some old newspapers away from a hidden trapdoor, and slid down the ladder. I opened the door and there it was… the collection of Golden Cats! How do I know where they are? ‘Cause Rachel is my ancestor!
