FIELD DAY

I am most excited about being with my group and getting wet My advice is always stay with your group cause there will be lots of people there and it will be really easy to get lost I am looking forward to swimming with my friends and We will all have one more great day before we all move on to wydown I hope well we are swimming no one loses anything or anyone and we all stay safe overall I hope we all have a great time I know that we definitely will Have a great time

I can not believe that it is our last field day here at Glenridge! Personally, I am most excited for swimming at the Clayton Center with all of my friends, and going through the stations!  This year is extra - special, as it indicates a fun culmination of our elementary years! For those of you who are new to this awesome event (Alice W., Alice M. [Bob], Faris, Isra and Harry), this fun - filled day includes different physical and mental activities in 17 different stations that you get to enjoy with your CLAYMO partner and group! The participants of these amazing activities are encouraged to challenge themselves, and help each other to work as a team! I hope you all enjoy this wonderful FIELD DAY 2016!

FEILD DAY

I am so excited for feild day! I am most excited about the squirty things because you can shoot people with water. If you haven't ever been to feild day than have some fun and follow along with everybody else. I also really like the swimming because you can have fun with your freinds and there isn't school! Also you can go to school for an amazing day outside and doing fun activities. I think that feild day is the best thing you do in the whole school year so have fun!

 

Field Day

   

I’m really excited to go to the Clayton Center to swim! At my old school the 5th graders also got to go to the YMCA to swim at the end of the year, so when I moved away I thought I wouldn’t be able swim, but now I can! I am also looking forward to working with my CLAYMO group for the last time. I think that getting wet is good and bad because it’s fun and you might feel a little cold and wet clothes is never good. I don’t really have any words of advice since this is my first at Glenridge, but I hope tomorrow is fun!!!!!!!!!!



Field day

I am really exited for my last friday at Glenridge because it is Field day. Last year field day had lots of diferent water stations. We also got to do some really cool chalenges and race's. So i am definently looking forward to that. But we also get to chill out with our friends in our group and eat pringles. I am also really exited to go swiming at the rec center with my friends. and this year the fifth graders get extera time to swim. Sorry forth grade but we are just to awesome.

Im really exited to become soaked with water! Also I love the snack station and I'm looking forward to snack on food because I love food. To people who haven't been to field day I suggest you fallow directions because you din't want to sit out on this fun day! Also have fun it will be the best event of the year i promise. And you should become soaked with water because it's just fun in general.The ins of field day our the water stations snack stations and the volleyball station the outs to me are the shares because i'm terrible at that game

My favorite memory from field day is hanging out with my friends. I also really enjoyed all the water stations, but you should really bring 2 outfits, glenridge green shirt, and loose clothes for after getting wet and after the pool. Field day IS SO MUCH FUN! Being a veteran of glenridge, I have experienced the ins and outs. I LOVE THE SQUIRT GUN STATION! One year, they called out names, and If it was you, (It was never me because they called older kids) all the children would try and squirt them. I wish they would bring it back!

Field Day

I remember my first field day, I thought I was ready for what I was going to happen. I was thinking that we would have just a little snack and we would get back to class, but I was completely wrong. We were spraying bottled water and dumping it on others. We had a snack, but around five minutes, we were jump roping. It was crazy. My advice for field day is to bring extra clothes and don’t get upset if you get wet. That is the fun of it. So, be prepared. You may not know what is coming.
