News from Friday!

Today was Friday we had a lot of fun. We went to library and researched about things.
And happy birhday to Sofia whose birthday is Monday!

Math Test

Hello everyone! This is Sonya! Today was the day we got back our first math test of the year!

We have been studying this unit for about two weeks and we took our test yesterday (Wednesday) and  today was a great opportunity to go over some questions we may have made silly mistakes on or not! One question that some may have gotten wrong was question #10 because even though you may have known the rule to the number pattern, you might have filled in the blanks incorrectly. Another question that was puzzling to some was #11 because some might have divided instead of multiplied or just made a "silly mistake" (as Mrs Garcia calls it :) ).

Today's homework is to get this test signed and returned to Mrs. Garcia!

Picture Day!

Picture Day!

Hello! Today is a awesome day. Today we had Picture Day! In music we received the addition for the One Hundred Year Snozze. I don't know if I want to try out or not. In PE we had to play outside because Picture Day was in the gym. In math we went over our math test we had yesterday. In science 

        

Picture Day

     Hi 5G this is Graham here to recap the day.First off today was picture day!!Everyone looked great and I think that we all had amazing photos of ourselves. Today we also got math tests back.Mrs.Garcia said we all got great score,well of course I don't know what everyone else got but I did well.

     Today in specials we had music and PE.Music was first, in music we finished learning about The 100 years snooze witch is our 5th grade musical this year 

The 100 Year snooze

Today was an amazing day.  Today in music we received our audition packets in music, For the 100 year Snooze. After that we all went up to our classroom to collect our math tests. Then we went to the gym to smile for picture day. After that i think our jaws hurt because we smiled to long. Then we went to science to continue working with motion, models ,and forces, today we mostly focused on motion with pendulums. Then all of fifth grade went out for recess and lunch. When We returned to our classroom

Today for me was a happy day! I loved it. I did a nice job on my math test. We got are test graded last night. I had good school lunch which was a beagle and yogurt.I also sat with Sofia, Zoe, Sonya, Lily,Abby, Riley, and Ava it was a full table. For recess I played infectid and hung out with Abby, Lily, Riley, and Ava. In music we listened to the 100 year snooze aka sleeping beauty. I would like to try out for the evil which or any one that is not a main part or sings. During idr aka independent reading I started to read Matilda. It is a good book. It is about a girl who has not good parents

           My day was great, I started my day at school having to go take the lunch account down into the cafeteria with Abby and Alice (because we're A-Day people.) I started walking to my strings violin class, I helped Sofia,Sonali and David with their violin notes. As soon as class was over I went outside to P.E. for specials.
